In combat, this could mean forcing an opponent to pre-roll an attack or skill check, and you know the result (he would be bound to actually take that action). Out of combat, it might mean knowing the result of a dice roll or card draw in gambling. The action must be truly random; this is not prescience to know what someone is going to say before they say it, for instance. Costs 1 Energy.
- Opportune: At-will, immediate; you see the precise moment where an action might best be undertaken, giving you a small advantage in executing it. Roll an extra die, and use the better one. Costs 1 Energy.
